Combination Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessment/Inspection
Process of identifying where the lead-based paint in a property is actually located and where lead-based paint hazards are located. This process combines a surface-by-surface measurement of lead based paint with optional soil and dust sampling to provide the owner with information on what should be done immediately and what can be done later; both immediate and potential hazards are identified.
